Little Known Fact: Sara Palin Storms Twitter
By Dave Witzel, 08/29/2008 - 4:03pm

A major party candidate picking as his running mate the little-known Governor of a large but remote state has at least one humorous by-product - a desperate and wide-spread attempt to learn more about her. The result is the "Little Known Facts about Sara Palin" meme. Go ahead, it is Friday afternoon before a three-day weekend -- indulge yourself.

Sarah Palin

McCain / Palin have my vote. She was the answer we needed since we lost Hillary due to DNC sexist behavior.

Another Feminist for McCain ~ Palin

Your brilliance

Bravo. The addition of a woman to the McCain ticket wins your vote, regardless of the fact that the woman added to the ticket stands opposed to pretty much everything Hillary has fought for over the last 35 years. And you call yourself a feminist? Really? Because by the same "reasoning" that you bring to your choice of McCain/Palin, I would imagine you're a staunch supporter of Bayh Buchanan and Phyllis Schlafly. And if that's the case, then you were, as Hillary said the other night, voting for her for the wrong reasons anyway. Enjoy your vote for the ticket determined to end the right to choose in America.

Abortion?

There is a nasty rumor going around up here in Alaska. Supposedly, Palin had an abortion decades ago because she didn't want to be showing for the Miss Alaska pageant. If this were true it would really hurt the campaign. Doesn't she seem like she's so anti-abortion because she feels guilty about something? I mean, really, not even letting a rape victim have an abortion?
