We are looking for a Director-level professional working out of our Washington, DC office to lead delivery of internet strategy, programs and technology services to clients.
Responsibilities
* Lead account team servicing clients, directing strategy, technical deliverables, overall project management and client growth. This involves:
o Extremely proactive client service
o Leading key meetings, regularly
o Vendor and partner coordination
o Budgeting and project analysis
o Client expectation management and retention
o Growing client satisfaction and business

* Love the internet
* 5-7 years experience working in online communications and PR
* Experience with grassroots mobilization and advocacy campaigns
* Experience with web-based communications planning for political campaigns, non-profits, corporations or associations
* Team management experience, focused on communications strategy and technology solutions
* You "get" social media and understand web technology
* Presentation skills
* Writing skills
* Proven ability to manage and grow a project
