We are looking for applicants who:

* Are passionate about technology and understand it. You will have a minimum of two years of relevant, real-world work experience in Web/technology development or have related experience;
* Are a people person – you listen well and can relate to your colleagues and your clients;
* Are a well-organized and dedicated worker who can excel in a fast-paced environment;
* Have expertise and interest in new media (blogging, social networking, etc.) and general knowledge of public affairs and public relations;
* Possess solid HTML skills and knowledge of Dreamweaver and Content Management Systems such as Wordpress and Drupal; and
* Strong written and oral communications skills and the ability to work as a member of a team.

Requirements:

As part of the job, you will:

* Work with a team of designers, programmers, and developers to create unique Web solutions;
* Work with multiple clients and be responsible for managing timelines and projects;
* Contribute to the TBG blog and participate in new business development activities; and
* Learn a great deal and work with a superb group of people.
